I only needed a place to spend the night and have breakfast, but it was perfect for that, and at a great price

Overall, we had a good stay. The room was very clean, and the staff was both attentive and pleasant throughout our visit. The breakfast was good overall and gave my family a chance to eat before our long road trip. I would skip the waffles, though—they honestly weren’t very good—but everything else was enjoyable. Parking was also great, especially considering the time we arrived.
There were a couple of things that took away from the experience. First, the bathroom was not in the best condition and was in need of some repairs. Second, the beds and sofa definitely showed their age. The mattresses were very firm and felt old, and one of the beds had a bent frame in the middle that caused you to sink toward the center. The pull-out sofa bed also had a very unpleasant odor, almost like something had died inside it.
I understand that the building is currently under construction, so some of the issues may be temporary. However, the furniture could definitely use an update.
On the positive side, everything was very clean, and you can tell that the staff genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in their work. With some updates and repairs, this could be a really great place to stay.
