Very friendly and helpful staff. They were willing to let us check out late so we can come back to change before heading to the airport. The room is very clean. Look very new. The area is very accessible, with lot of restaurants within walking distance.

The room was clean. But especially the check-in was quick and efficient. The young man who helped me check in his name was Mark and he was excellent at his job.

Welcomed by desk staff who was very helpful and recognized me from previous visits. Because it was pouring rain, the manager on duty came out and helped me with our bags (we have mobility issues). He even brought towels!
Room was great as usual. We stayed several days and the hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was the normal fare, but everything was clean and ample.
This is my 5th stay at SpringHill Marriott and despite being surrounded by other hotels I always stay here. The hotel and amenities are just fine, first-class if you will, but it's the staff there that makes the difference. They are good, went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, and it's them who really make the difference in our stays.
