We love how the coffee bar is there 24/7. A staff member brought croissants to the bar. She stated they were warm. My husband took one. It was warm, but it didn’t have any flavor. I remember them having chocolate chip or oatmeal raisin cookies from previous visits. Would love to see them again.

Maryann and Jennifer were great at the front desk, Tim was so so. I had a problem with being billed twice he seemed not to care but Jennifer and Maryann were amove and beyond helpful. I hope it’s resolved. I have been to this hotel msnyvtimes because Maryann is so good and the place is clean.
