This was the worst stay at a hotel my family has ever experienced. The hotel is terribly outdated. Our room was cleaned 1 time in a 5 day stay garbage piled up and we had to set it outside the door if you are a non-smoker do not stay here. Rooms are stale smelling of smoke and the tv has poor service. Overall this hotel is the worst of the worst.

I usually do not leave a review but I have to on this stay. My family had a 5 day stay at this hotel for the Labor Day holiday. The property is run down and needs major updates in the rooms and furniture which was falling apart in our room. The tv channels was non excitant and every station was cloudy and you could barely see the picture. For the five days we stayed our room was cleaned once and we had to ask for that and it did not get cleaned till late in the afternoon. We paid a substantial amount of money for that stay to receive such poor service. If you are a non smoker I would not recommend this hotel In fact I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The room was very dated, although there was only smoking rooms available the room odor could use some type of air freshener to deter the stale smoke smell. The smoke detector was detached from the ceiling, the fan in the bathroom did not work, the microwave was truly an antique and the refrigerator was not running at optimal temperature. Included photos of the ceiling missing the smoke detector and the inoperable switch for the bathroom fan.
