Amazing hotel and apartment. Chap on reception was so helpful. The pool area was very quiet and relaxing. Lovely sunset views from the hotel bar. Just brilliant

Rooms were very clean, and the shuttle service into the town was quick and convenient.
Stayed in the residences as a group of 4 friends.

Although marketed as 2 bedroom for 4 adults as 5* with free wifi, it was felt wanting in a number of ways.
Main prime reasons was that the wifi was very poor and logins was inconsistent. If connection was dropped after a period, ability to relogin was frustratingly inconsistent (even if all other devices were removed). Not clearly stating how many concurrent devices could be supported for best experience. Experience was random and ad-hoc. Speeds was slow and could be improved too.
Ensuite did not have its own toilet, which is annoying.
Lounge sofa area did not have adequate seating for 4 adults.
Kitchen sink was smelly too...
Accessibility for ski-to-door was a bit awkward....having to walk up/down a flight of stairs and through a ski-shop to get access to the slopes, or return at the end of the day.
