While I appreciated that the staff were extremely kind and helpful, the rooms were relatively clean, and the location is convenient for cooking and walking to Target and Costco, I encountered several significant issues during my stay. First, there were people smoking directly at the entrance, making it very difficult for non-smokers to enter the building. Additionally, the third floor had a strong, unpleasant odor. Finally, I was unable to sleep due to disturbances throughout the night, including people shouting outside, a noisy refrigerator, and an alarm clock that went off in the middle of the night. I hope you will look into these matters to improve the experience for future guests.

Our stay here was wonderful. We traveled in for a session I had the next day. Our originally assigned rooms door lock broke not lettinf us in. The gentleman working switched our rooms for us on a lower floor which worked out better for me anyways. The room and property was clean. No bugs. Yes I check. Since we will be back in that area again soon, we will definitely be staying here again.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, location is convenient to the Udvar-Hazy Center. It was pretty easy to see why this was the least expensive hotel in the area, though. The kitchenette area had broken drawers and no drain plug for the sink, and "breakfast" in the lobby was coffee, instant oatmeal packets, and a few packaged pastries. Fortunately there's a killer bakery/cafe within walking distance! Not a bad stay, but definitely no-frills.
