Shuttle was very convenient , 24 hour available , running every thirty minutes , ac was broken at our room , but we didn’t complain we were very exhausted to do it or to move to a different room , front desk very helpful and nice , I have to talk with three attendees and all of them were super nice Great location , great breakfast , waffle were very yummy =) , swimming pool ,with warm temperature was so satisfying after a long drive to airport , room is enough big , comfy beds and a small patio with chairs and small table were great in summer I would absolutely return as a customer

I've had the worst stay, I had no a/c in my room, the staff provided a standing fan but it was still hot. I had booked this hotel 4 months in advance so when given a choice that I could opt to not stay at the hotel and look elsewhere, that couldn't be an option when this concert had the area around and near Inglewood fully booked. I made the best of it but found there was no cold water to shower to provide relief from the hot room. The ice machine on the second floor was out of order, yet no sign posted informing this. Staff didnt pass the notes to the next shift, havung foe me to retell my situation. Additionally, there was a roach that appeared the next day in our bathroom. I've read the reviews and it's the same stories, broken a/c and no cold water. I'm beginning to think the narrative that "the a/c just broke" is a ploy and that in fact is always broken. This shows me that this hotel needs an overhaul of a remodel because it cannot handle 100% capacity.
