Any place that is too cheap to provide towels automatically gets 1 star. Provide a towel you cheapos. If you want me to put a deposit so I don't steal it, that is totally understandable. But if you expect me to pay for a towel, get out of here.
Reception not open in the morning. Said their number is available 24/7, but I couldn't reach them and they didn't even respond until 9 am.
Room was blazing hot because they had the heat cranked up to 1000 for absolutely no reason. If the room is too hot in November when the outdoor temperature is under 15 degrees, that is on you.

I was kicked out for possible snoring and was not refunded unused days. No one at desk or security from five pm till nine am. Just had a cheap dirty feel .
