Pros: Good WiFi connection. Good location. Adequate parking- on hotel property. Nice view.
Cons: Lukewarm water temperature for shower. A lot of street and hotel noise, making sleeping difficult. Reduced responsiveness from staff- we were aware that reception would not manned, but we had to call them to get information as they didn’t respond to WhatsApp messages initially. We also asked if they could provide a fan, but they didn’t even respond to this request.

Las Arenas proved to be the ideal location for us to explore Picos de Europa National Park. This hotel is also great for leaving the car parked and walking into the village for an evening meal and a drink at the end of the day. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel and a little cafe 2 minutes down the road for our breakfast. Very pleased with our stay, we made a good choice.
