The staff barely spoke English, the bathroom walls were peeling, the floors were dirty, the bedding wasn’t to our expectations. The room smelled of cleaner and made my children sick the first night. I left the night before our check out due to the way I was treated by the staff. They didn’t do anything I asked such as asking for clean towels, taking the trash, or cleaning up the room. I will not be returning to this hotel. I was over charged and was told this by the front desk after swiping my card the first night after I told her I was military. Truly disgusted and upset about how we were treated.

The room was clean and the staff very helpful. The only thing is that the pool was small and not very clean. The umbrella at one of the tables was broken and needed to be replaced for guests that want to be shaded from the sun.

Great location one block away from the boardwalk and nice balcony. Hotel was in good shape, though the carpets in the room could use either a deep cleaning or a replacement. The beds only had a comforter and no top sheet, which we found odd. Spacious refrigerator in the room. It also has a small pool, which was helpful to us when the ocean wasn't usable because of large amount of jellyfish.
