I paid upfront for a one night stay through Expedia; yet, when I checked out, the hotel forced me to pay again, effectively double charging me for the room.
Expedia informed me to pursue reimbursement directly from the hotel & they refused to refund my pre-paid amount.

We arrived very late and left very early - but were pleasantly surprised by Electra - given the bargain rate, it was the perfect in between airport / ferry stop. Had everything we needed for a brief stay and was perfectly situated for the ferry. Would definitely use again.
