Oscar, the hall keeper was very nice and helpful, but the office staff didn't really know how to care about customers.
During my booking, over the app, they show pictures of a clean and recently renewed room, but the roomwe got was horrible, stained carpet, room seems like cracked by the last earthquake. I proceeded to the lobby, and the office staff said they had some better rooms at extra cost, we had an event soon to start, so, instead of finding better hotel, I did pay the extra $600 pesos.
During our stay, the heat didn't let me rest confortable even when they lent me a fan. It was quiet and peaceful, yea, bus surroundings are not what I like During a family trip. Restaurant closes early and remains closed on Sundays, parking is limited to 9 vehicles, and swimming pools was dirty... later that night we learned that filters were not working, I really hope not to get sick or skin problems... even though, they never offered a discount or free future night.
SINCERELY, THIS WAS MAY 1ST AND LAST CHANCE FOR THIS PLACE.
