Upon arrival and after I was handed the keys, I was informed that the cable and internet were not only out for the foreseeable future, but had been out for some time. I was given no discount. The bed was like a giant sponge and the 2 pillows on the king size bed were very flat. The room was clean but there were smudges everywhere, and the balcony view was just of a Wendy's which forgot my fries.
