What a lovely stay at The Judd Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the helpful reception staff member who greeted me on arrival and departure. My room was lovely and the bed super comfortable so I slept really well. The location could not have been better with easy access to the tube for getting around the city. Breakfast was yummy, and the cooked items were particularly nice. I would happily stay here again.

Easy check in, helpful staff. Lacklustre breakfast. Noticed clothes moths in my room which I told a member of staff about, they said they'd investigate.

I wasn’t happy with my stay overall. I had booked to stay two nights but I only ended up staying the first night. From 9am the next day, the electric was off in our room and a few other places. The receptionist said there was an engineer coming to fix it. At 1 I went to the receptionist to ask for an update. He told me the same thing. I told him we need to charge our phones as we have a show to go to. He didn’t seem bothered. He said the engineer is coming from Birmingham n that it takes an hour and a half to drive. We had already been waiting hours with no electric. The shower had also cut off. There was no way of us getting ready or charging our phones. The staff weren’t helpful at all. There was a cleaned who was nice n understanding. She didn’t speak very good English but she did apologise to us whereas the receptionist didn’t seem to care. Its non refundable so we didn’t get a refund. They didn’t even try to change our rooms. No information was given about the power cut. At 4, we checked out n booked holiday inn in Bloomsbury. It was the best decision we made! I will definitely NOT be booking Judd Hotel again.
