We stayed five days at this hotel in July. It was close to highway and train station. Staff was very helpfull and friendly. Private free parking
Breakfast was good and sufficient. Pool was clean. Restaurants, gelateria and supermarket nearby.
Many points of interest near by ( depending on your preferences ): Venezia, Verona, Duino Castle, Miramar Castle, Trieste etc.
