Blankets had old food stuck to them upon arrival. There were also stains on the bed skirts. The room had a strong rank odor, and smelled like mildew. The curtains were stained, the shower head was FILTHY! Breakfast sausage looked like potatoes lol but the staff was very kind, accommodating, and helpful.

Pretty good. It is what it is. The air conditioner could have been much colder. And the curtains didn’t shut all the way, letting light in all night. But hey…it’s a hotel…in Mineola. About as good as you’ll get there!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The common areas were fresh and clean. The room were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Beds were very comfortable for a great sleep. Bathroom spacious and clean. Definitely I would stay there again.
