Very surprised that the room is not airconditioned, i was told that it was on their website that the rooms are not airconditioned.If I had known, i won't be booking this hotel.3 star hotels are not usually like this.The electric fan given was a small desk fan and they can not provide an extra electric fan in the hottest days of the year.Surely,there should be a contingency plan in cases of the heat wave.
Reception was quite rude to keep telling me not to keep ringing the bell from the parking area.I already heard and said i didn't mean to do it and kept on and on about it.No welcoming smile as we got in.
I am not coming back here anymore for sure.

The location is quite accessible to the beach and to the town centre with buses available. Unfortunately, the staffs are not so friendly and gives us attitude when you ask for something especially the staff named Gabriella - so unprofessional and lack of customer service skills well most of them. Cleaners are more polite and informative, and really helpful.

Travelodge and Expedia have very bad communication together, we very nearly did not get our booking. EX say check in is 12 when TL say it is 2pm. Parking is not free as advertised. The only thing hot in the breakfast was the coffee. TL blamed us for booking through EX and all the problems that they are having. You only get your bedding changed if you ask them to do so otherwise it will never be changed until you leave. Our overall experience was disappointing we have chosen to avoid all Travelodge from now on, we truly feel we will get a better experience from any other hotel and we recommend you do the same. Save your money from this company and go elsewhere even if you pay more you will not regret it
