Guy at the desk was rude and gave me a key card that didn’t work. When I returned to the desk, I explained that it didn’t work and he said nothing. No apology, he just fixed it and said nothing.
The room was extremely hot when I entered and it took a long time to cool down.
Parking in the back was sketchy.
Do not recommend this place.

There is no do not disturb sign because they want you to have no choice but for them to disturb you. They ask if you was housekeeping as early as 9:30am I've experienced jolting you out of your sleep. They have this thing where they knock on your door then walk away only to come back 5-30 min later. It's
b3en done enough times to raise questions. I got an attitude at this and then was given a DNR. They seem to be staff centered not hospitalityc
