Great room. Staff pleasant. Hotel under maintenance at time. Lift not working. Wifi not working. No restaurant. Enjoyed stay though.

Room linen not changed.Staff friendly but had to ask another guest for phone number to call for staff as wasn't left on clipboard during check in.Noisy work being carried out during stay.Staff kind but standard of hotel wasn't the best,hence thecheap rate.Great location from beach.

Very disappointed stay, after paying £181.00 for 1 night stay, I felt I had to be honest for others looking to stay here. The hotel itself is very rundown, our room although similar didn’t look as nice as the photos, it looks like it’s recently been refurbished but the standard is poor and unfinished. We went out for dinner and on return was unable to open our room lock, had to wait in reception for 10mins for the reception guy to return(unmanned reception) from diner, once let back in he explained there’s a problem with the lock, the previous guests must have broke it! We had no working key if we did want to go back out (although we was in for the night) shower was cold, needing to shower 3 kids after the beach, went to reception advised that people don’t usually need warm water in this weather! Advised it will need about an hour to warm up, so as it was late the kids showered in cold water, (he did come and check an hour later, which was good), Our bathroom bin still had the previous guests rubbish in it I did read some reviews on the hotel after the disappointment when we arrived, I wish I had read them before,in reflection they are true, so feel it only fair to warn others, I can’t believe how much I paid to stay here, I would never return here, we were staying for a dance competition that my daughter was in so most hotels were sold out, other in completion also stayed in accommodation that wasn’t great but they had paid a lot less.
