The room was clean, and the motel was close to LAX. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water from the shower, so I ended up having to take cold showers at night and in the morning. There was hot water from the faucet, so the place had hot water.

The room was clean & tidy, very quiet for being so close to a busy road. Simple, clean, friendly staff.
Has a microwave & mini fridge and walkable to sofi if you don't mind a walk.
Tortuga Bay just down the street has excellent pozole & fish tacos and la Michoacana on the same block has ice cream & other delicious treats.

Perfect for that one cheap hotel night near LAX, beyond that, all the ‘glowing’ reviews are a bit over the top. Office staff was friendly and helpful, moving us off Manchester and into the room featured in the photos, further off the busy road. It was clean, but the wrinkled flooring suggested a flood and the room was musty. While the bed was comfortable, we needed the air all night and the window unit is next to the bed did not allow a peaceful sleep. Microwave and refrigerator are there but no coffee, no lobby and no other amenities.
It served its purpose and for the price, might do it again.
