Friendly hostel like environment. You can furthyer the outside street once you enter the doors. I purposely avoided a front facing room to avoid street noise. Bathrooms clean. Carpet in the dorm- like room was stained. Responsive staff. Near transit.

I loved my stay, the staff was super helpful (cleaning staff.) It was a decently sized room with a bay window and such a cute aesthetic. I was able to reach out to customer service easily, and had very few issues. The proximity to Dolores park and being able to uber everywhere was also a plus. Only downside is the drug abuse happening on the street but that’s pretty much every downtown.
