If you are a pet-friendly Hotel you should hire staff that aren't afraid of animals. I couldn't get my remote to work so the front desk person came to my room to help. Before she came into the room she was freeking out about my 10lb dog. I picked my dog up and held her the whole time, while she kept telling me she doesn't like dogs. I was there for 4 days, I would have stayed more but the woman who did the cleaning said she doesn't like dogs. Never cleaned my room. Next morning I told the front desk person I have been here for 3 days without my room being cleaned. I will be out until later, could someone please clean it and give me new linens. He said sure we will. I get back at 2pm my room is still dirty. At 2:30 a girl comes to clean the room. She is afraid of dogs. I told her I would leave and come back. Came back, room still wasn't cleaned. I said something to the guy at the front desk, he only said he was sorry. I decided not to stay in that Hotel any longer,

The entire hotel smelled of mold or mildew. There were dehumidifiers set up in the hallways so they were aware of the smell. I have asthma and after being in the building too long I would experience breathing issues.
