Room was perfect size for a business trip with the desk and cold AC. Entrance was a being repaired but overall great hotel.

Rooms are not cleaned daily. The room has a Oder the door was giving us issues. Front desk is not attended at night. Food was not great.

On July 18, at around 8:30 a.m., I was standing by the coffee station when I overheard a male staff member with long hair say, “It’s just dumb.” Hearing that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a guest.
Whether the comment was directed at me or not, guests should not have to hear language like this from hotel staff. I hope management will remind employees to communicate professionally and respectfully so that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and respected.
