This is a no frills, great priced hotel that is very well kept up (looks like maybe they have done recent updates). It is very clean, very conveniently located (we walked to an IU football game), and a great little hotel over all. We wanted a hotel close to the stadium and this was literally the cheapest one so I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. We stood out side our second floor room and watched the crowds billowing in for the game before we walked up to the stadium. the staff was very nice and helpful. Our room had a fridge and a microwave and lots of channels on the tv! Would stay here again!

We found the room to be clean and the staff to be very helpful and friendly. It is conveniently located near the IU athletic fields but you will have to drive/uber/or be willing to walk to get to downtown and the main campus. Great breakfast place right next door.

The room was clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. The air conditioning was nice and cold on a 94 degree day!
