Room was clean but the hotel was quite old & not well maintained. Mediocre repair on sink(tape). Protective grill missing on bathroom fan. I would not stay there again.

The staff was friendly but limited in what they could do. The cleaning staff were superb. I hope you pay them well. That said this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in supported by Hotels. Com I’m shocked you even have it as an option. The towels were so worn you could see through them. Sheets same. Plug in didn’t work. Fridge not been defrosted ever I wonder. No gym. Absolutely no breakfast. Coffee. Fish crackers?! Weird. Surprisingly not too loud. No elevator. 2 pillows were thin. Unless you are desperate I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m hoping to get some compensation. Sad.

A place to lay your head and cheap but don't be surprised by someone with the same room key coming into your room. Poorly run system by giving the same key to two different parties. Also the rooms need attention, tv's don't work, lights are not in working order and some beds do not fit the foundation that they are on, kind of funny falling off the end or side of bed. Stay here only in a pinch.
