We booked 2 rooms and boy were they rough. My bed, if I sat wrong, the mattress came up on the other side and made me almost fall off. Towels- rough and very dingy. I asked for towels for my room 2 times on the same day, never got any. The rooms were never tidied, the dirty towels were never removed from the rooms, the garbage either, and the staff barely spoke any English, so communication was non-existent. Before my mom was out of her room, a guy was entering into it for 'housekeeping' without knocking or anouncing himself. And to top it off, they had the nerve to ask for a tip! Really? For what? Dirty towels, dirty rooms, and zero help even when I asked 3 times! If you are smart, don't even bother.

The room was adequate. The sink drain was very slow, the bathroom door stuck, you had to use force to open it. Bathroom fan did not work.

Check-in was not good. The property had no record of the prepaid reservation I made November 6, 2025. I had to get online, hook up with Hotels.com Support. The Virtual Chat was useless, and I had to do a Google search to find a phone number. Then I had to hand the phone off to a live support person and wait another 10 minutes while they sorted out the issue. The whole check-in took me nearly half an hour. Not good.
The room was barely ok. There was a broken towel rack in the bathroom, and when I opened one of the dresser drawers the face of it fell off. (Room 214). The beds were good as was the air conditioner, and the room was quiet. Overall, an ok budget place to stay. But it needs some work.
