It was midnight when we got there and the clerk was very nice and suggested I look at the room first.
I looked at the room. It was not great but the sheets were clean and the mattress looked clean.
I paid for the room. Loaded all our stuff out of the car and then found a dead cockroach on the comforter. The bathroom was basically clean. I took a shower and when I came out the kids were laying down. I joined the kids.
A few minutes later a small cockroach was crawling across the nightstand. So we put all our stuff back in the car. I returned the key to the clerk and he refunded my stay.
He was very kind and understanding!!!!!!
