BED BUGS!!!
The most horrible and disgusting place I have ever stayed at. If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I absolutely would.
The bathroom was in terrible condition: the toilet seat was ripped, the sink was ridiculously tiny, with a cabinet hanging directly above it. The space was so cramped that I had to practically bend myself in half just to fit into the opening and use the sink. The shower was covered in mold and was so small that my 10-year-old child could barely fit inside.
I understand that this is an old building and that the bathroom was added later. I was not expecting luxury, but $223 CAD for one adult and three children for one night on a weekday is an outrageous price for a room in this condition. The age of the building is not an excuse for poor maintenance, unsafe conditions, mold, and damaged flooring.
The carpet was torn in several places and literally held together with tape, including where it was attached to the walls. It appeared that water leaked in from the balcony when it rained. Under the carpet, some of the floorboards were damaged and gave way in places — kids foot actually sank into the floor.
The electrical wiring was simply covered with surface-mounted cable channels. My children were scared to sleep there.
And to make matters even worse, we were bitten by BED BUGS.
I am honestly shocked. I have never experienced anything like this at a hotel!
I strongly advise everyone NOT to stay here.

A very good stay for the price. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was comfortable.
They had hot breakfast with limited options, and not many other options. But for the price, we was very happy with the hotel!
