This is a typical Fairfield budget hotel, but the Oro Valley location is in desperate need of refurbishing. The in-room furniture and fixtures are in need of replacement. The property does not look like or feel any work has been done in years.
The bathroom (shower curtain) smelled of mildew.
I was also disappointed that the hotel's record of my Hotels.com reservation was purportedly for a different room type, but when I showed them my confirmation they miraculously found the proper room that was previously unavailable.

Great staff - super helpful and friendly. Great location. Breakfast was so-so. Hotel needs a facelift.
