I would not recommend you staying here to anybody that has any kind of disability or a service animal.Not only as the front disc continued and clearly rude , but she had no idea what the states on service nimals

When we can room reservation not available, they asked different room but not the same reservation room. We left not stay there.

We arrived at 10:05 p.m. and found the reception closed. We had to call a number, and a staff member arrived about 15 minutes later. She advised us not to book through third-party websites because they are often unaware of actual room availability. Check-in took over an hour due to repeated explanations about unavailable rooms. Our third-party reservation was canceled, and we were told that room type was not available. We were then offered a complimentary upgrade to a King Suite, but the room appeared no different from a standard queen room. Unfortunately, the room was not clean—the bed had what appeared to be used sheets, and the bathroom was quite dirty.
