The hotel is quite nice with a view of mount Lycabettus. Balcony was super big, but the sun protecting umbrella was broken. I wish we could sit outside and still have shade. Room service is good, but sadly the toilets were left untouched. Please be aware that the reception is not 24x7 available. Our check-in was a disaster, as there was no one to be found at the desk, other guests staying in the hotel had to let us in. The hotel card stopped working after a few days. Luckily I was in the room at the time and let my partner into the hotel. Later the guy at the reception "reprogrammed" it and it started worked again. The staff and the reception is very friendly. The location is very central though and easily reachable with buses. Downside of it being constantly loud - the rooms have zero isolation. You could hear someone next door. So be prepared to be woken up with random voices nearby. Apparantly there is a bar inside of the hotel which is never open. You can buy snacks and drinks all round the clock from a vending machine. Worth the price if you want to experience Athens less chaotic unlike the city centre.

The front desk person is almost never there. They close I think around 5-6pm their time. And it says there is 24/7 customer service and that’s not true. I tried to call the number that was on the front desk for help and a lady answered and it was like I woke her up. She was no help, asked me if she can go back to sleep and even hung up on me. To top all of that off me and my wife were told my may locals that we were located in the ghetto. Definitely felt as such. I would not recommend this hotel to any tourists or even any locals. Never go here!
