When I arrived, the check-in process was terrible and very confusing. I didn't receive any instructions about how to check in by email. I called for assistance, but the person on the phone did a poor job explaining where my room was.
After I finally got into the room, there was a terrible smell. Two people were sitting by the window smoking, and the place was a bit dirty. The space to store my belongings was also very small.
The bathroom was broken, so we had to use the bathroom in another apartment building, which was very inconvenient.
On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. However, because of all these issues, I decided to move to another place the following morning.
