My family was placed in a room that has smoke damage. When I addressed that issue with the manager she said that the room was cleaned at least three times. My concern was why was that room even allowed to be occupied. When I asked to have my money reimbursed she’s told me that she could not do anything about it because I went through a third-party to reserve this room. She was very dismissive and very rude. She actually hung up on me before we came to a resolution.

Our stay was not typical, I am sure... however... I booked several weeks in advance for a stay that would occur after arriving in Savannah, later tha. I would desire to drive home, an hour and half away. Booked flight, schedule to arrive about 10:30 pm, was delayed. New arrival time was 12:30 am. I called the hotel to make sure they understood our late arrival... yes, of course... and could we still have a shuttle from the airport, 1.5 miles away ? 👎 no. So....I booked a car..when we landed at 12:30, no shuttle, paid for a rental.car $55... got to the hotel and not only was someone else in our room, but we walked in on them !!!! Hotel staff gave us a new room and an apology... Next! NO WATER after 9am ! Water problems... no toilet no sink...etc... No excuse

We got in late but the front desk was well staffed, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with everything working. The room, lobby and outside looked fairly new and well maintained.
