On the whole it's an average property, that is if you know what to expected from a 4* P&V apartment block.
It's got faults (only 2 lifts to serve the whole building, toilet in room stank, small rooms, little storage space for food, really poor free wifi - €25 upgrade for the week not justified)...
...but it has redeeming features too (nice-to-have swimming pool and sauna, great location, not overly priced, most staff appeared pleased to help even though busy, 4 reasonably solid beds that weren't bunks)).
Ignore the tourist board rating of 4 stars as it has, at best, a 3 star feel to it.
Overall, I would be happy to stay here again, despite the negative points, because it fits a mid price budget and compares favourably to similar properties nearby. That said, I think I'll try the Alpenrose around the corner from the P&V building next time as for not much more money you get much more quality.

Good location and plenty to do in area. Easy check in and practical space in apartment.
