Clean and comfy but a LOT of road noise due to location. If you’re a light sleeper; bring ear plugs!

Upon arriving, we waited 15-20 mins to see a worker for checking in. Got to our room, that was still dirty and had a broken bathroom faucet. Asked to be moved, which they did do. The second room was better, but didn’t appear vacuumed and overall not very clean. The pool area is disgusting. The floor didn’t appear to be cleaned in a very long time, probably years. The whole area wasn’t kept up. Leaves all over, holes in walls, missing tiles, not enough towels. Breakfast, shouldn’t have bothered. We asked for more eggs at 9:30, was told they were cooking. They were never put out. Most of the items were not restocked. There should have been 45 mins left of breakfast. The same person working the front desk was doing breakfast. Not sanitary. Will never come back here. Done with Best Western for good.
