What ruined it for me was the staff. The guy that works the breakfast buffet was really rude. I stayed there several days and he was so unpleasant the way he was barking at the customers and making them feel like crap if they spilled a drop of milk on the counter. Same thing with the overnight guy he was so rude. Belittling. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I am quite surprised that this hotel did not meet my expectations and was disappointing. There are several issues I found quite disappointing. There were dirty, brown spots on our sheets, probably from bodily fluids that were not thoroughly washed off.
There were a few insects walking on the floor next to my side.
I let the water run continuously in the sink while brushing my teeth. The water flow was very low. This shouldn’t be the case. Very disappointing.
The bathroom was dirty before we arrived last night. There was long hair stuck on the ceiling. Very disgusting.
The bathroom door in our room was very hard to close. It was difficult to shut while using the shower or bathroom. This is not acceptable.

Room needs a deep cleaning (stuff like baseboards were dirty) but overall the rooms weren't bad. Check in staff were friendly and helpful
