Bathroom is broken and with lots of stains, never going back there again

The owner was gentle and courteous. The room smelt pleasant but the scent was overpowering. Bathroom curtains needed changing or cleaning. The pillows too flat the towels and sheets were dinged face towel had stool i had to ask the owner to replace them which he did. The building is a hazard some parts were sinking in i was afraid to walk around for fear of going through the flooring. The air worked well. The carpet looked clean but it wasn't don't walk bear footed it's damp and full of mock it says the state park is 3mins away but it's about 16 mins walk away i walked it comfortably though. Are they waiting for someone to get sick or hurt to do something?

Bed mattress were not comfortable at all, was literally feeling spring of the mattress on my back. Had backache due to that.
