The rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff welcomed us with courtesy and professionalism. Walking distance to downtown. Highly recommend this place if you're staying in Rothesay.

The motel is in a great location - quite close to the water, stores, restaurants and the main highway. It was quiet. Check-in was simple.
The room and all aspects of it were very clean. Although some updating has been done - the bathroom was very nice - more updates are needed, particularly around the back of the room. The beds were fairly comfortable; the bedding and bath linens were nice. Unfortunately either the laundry detergent or dryer sheets the motel uses left a very strong scent on the linens that was overwhelming and rather unpleasant. Anyone with scent allergies would find breathing in the room difficult. There was lots of hot water and water pressure.
All-in-all, a clean, comfortable, convenient place to stay.

It was very clean. Bed was comfortable.Air conditioning was appreciated.There was only a rail on one side of the stairs going up to the loft bedroom, the other side was open to the lower level. There wasn’t a dish rack to put dishes on after washed. There were no paper towels or tissues.
