(This review is based off of the interaction of me arriving at the location, realizing that the location was not very inviting, me not feeling comfortable staying there and me trying to cancel my reservation and then being denied my refund and then stealing my money by not offering a solution.)
I booked a reservation thinking it was an ACTUAL Quality Inn Hotel but it’s actually a recently acquired Super 8 Hotel.
Immediately didn’t feel comfortable as the building outside looked bad and due to past stress of being approached by random strangers asking for money at night when I stayed at one before. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there that night and tried to cancel my night there.
I reached out to hotels.com and they assured me they would find a solution to my situation. Woke up this morning and the hotel staff didn’t care that I felt uncomfortable and didn’t wanna stay there and decided that they were gonna keep my money anyways and not offer any other solutions.
What an absolute shame. They apparently needed the money more than I did based off of the appearance of the building. I hope you can do better in the future to other paying customers. Thanks for taking my $171.99
