Small room!! No amenities... No coffee maker, no microwave, no refrigerator. No cover over the bathroom vent. Blood on the back of the bathroom door, dirty unmaintained bathroom.
The ONLY thing I can say good about it was it did have a nice bed. Won't do that again...

This was one of the worst, upkept, dirty room we have ever stayed in. It was just an awful experience, and for $169, it was a joke. Never again.

Customer service lacking slightly. Manager is only one who could deal with room keys. Slow to restock breakfast foods but was better on the second day after if was brought to attention when other guests had arrived to most of the food to be out. Other guests said they had to wait over a half hour to check in since they staff was upstairs cleaning rooms.
