The outside looked nothing like the pictures, it was super misleading. It was dirty looking with junk lined around the building. We were checking in and asked for the military discount (we hadn't paid yet) and was told there was no way to have one, even though there was a sign literally in between us on the counter that said to ask for one. Then we get up to our room and everything just looked so dirty, stains all over the floors, walls, the towels were slung around in the bathroom and looked as if no one cleaned the bathroom. The air conditioner made this God awful sound every 5 minutes where it sounded like it was crashing and we thought it was cars wrecking outside that's how loud it was. We had to deal with it in order to have air. It felt so nasty to even step foot out there and if we had had the money we would have left after we got to our room. Very disappointed in this visit.

Horrible experience. I moved to 3 different rooms and they were all dirty. Bathrooms weren't cleaned, bedsheets weren't changed and had bits of food and hair in side the sheets and on the pillow cases. One room had a strong cigarette smell even though the hotel had a non smoking policy
Air-conditioning was broken and made lots of noise, so much that I had to change rooms. Breakfast was horrible couldn't eat anything was so unhygienic. Happy i was only there for 1 night.
