We booked two rooms. The tub wasn't working in one room. Staff was very helpful and fixed it immediately. The room was not so great, but doable.

I was offered a room on the second floor but i instead asked for a room on the street level. The staff did find one for me but i think that the room was not set up properly because the floor was dirty and somewhat sticky.
When i first entered the room, a fly was flying around.
