Horrible. We arrived on a Saturday night and it was infested with lizards; they were everywhere: the floor, the walls, the railing, the windows, the stairs, the doors... absolutely everything. We returned the key and left. We requested a refund for the cancellation, but it was refused. The lizards left a disgusting feeling and a bad experience with this hotel. // Horrible.
