I had booked my room over a month earlier and they did not have the same style room available. They had rented it to someone else. The clerk was able to place me in a different style room but how can a reserved room be given away? I spent 2 nights. The first morning, before 8AM, the breakfast was out of orange juice and waffle batter. Hours before breakfast was to end. No fruit was available. May I suggest that the pillows be returned to regular pillows, not the square hard overstuffed ones? I travel with my own pillow for this reason and really don't think I should need to.

Very disappointing experience. We waited over 25 minutes to check in and were then given keys to a room that was already occupied by another guest. This is an extremely serious safety and security concern, particularly for families with children.
We were moved to another room, but the floor was extremely loud, the public restroom was out of order, and there were no towels available at the pool or in our room. By 9:00 p.m., we no longer felt comfortable staying and had to book another hotel 30 minutes away.
For nearly $300, we expected a safe and basic level of service. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet that standard.
