This property was not very pleasing to the eye. Its very old looking. They need new carpet my curtain was pinned together there were cracks in the walls from the shifting foundation. The property needs and entire makeover however. I will say it was very clean, we had few flies which we killed lol but once they were gone all was well. They just truly need a makeover because the picture they show is not good. The window was not even clear for that beach view.

For its price and location it’s a deal. If you’re going to be out and about all day and just need a place to sleep and shower then this is a good deal. Beach access right there with a patio and pool available. At the end of the boardwalk without the tram is a bit of a hike but we just drove down a bit and then walked. Had no problem parking at motel.

The view we had from the room was great - Ocean view is the way to go. The hotel does need some updating. It was nice for a short trip. Being on the 3rd floor, the walkway near our room was tilting alot, need to be looked at. The staff at the fron desk were great, very friendly and helpful. They gave extra towles when we asked. Place was close to the end of the boardwalk, and plenty of different ways to get to the beach.
