The main thing for me was no pillow covers and mattress covers, really bad a hotel does not do this as standard.
The carpet in the room was stained and the shower could have been cleaner.
The restaurant staff were amazing .

Thank you for a lovely stay. I came with my daughter, house hunting and we felt welcomed and relaxed. The twin room was lovely, clean, comfy beds and nice modern bathroom. Staff were really friendly and chatty. Pie and chips for tea - just what we needed. Breakfast in the morning - excellent. Honestly great value too. We’ll be back.
