Everything is perfect here but it is very loud. Saturday night d j played till after 1 a.m and he is right down the hallway. If you had small children I doubt they would be able to fall asleep.

My 19-year-old son and I recently stayed at Inn on the Blues for a mother-son weekend in York Beach, and overall we were very happy with our stay.
The location is fantastic, right across the street from the beach and just steps from the shops and restaurants at Short Sands. We have visited York many times, so we didn't need much assistance, but check-in was easy. It was completed at the hostess stand, and a staff member escorted us to our room, Sunrise #2.
This property is more of an inn than a traditional hotel, offering a smaller, more personal experience. Parking was available in a small lot behind the building, and we had no trouble finding a space. The rear exterior could use some updating, but it did not affect our stay.
Our room was located above the restaurant. There was music in the evenings, which didn't bother either of us, but travelers who are sensitive to noise may want to keep that in mind. Our room was clean and modern, with ac, and the shower had plenty of hot water.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The location and comfortable accommodations made it a great home base for a York Beach getaway.
