Room was large and bed was amazing. Issues were with the tv which the staff tried hard to resolve. Some maintanence issues like a hinge on a cupboard broken but it did not impact our visit. Breakfast was OK...the hot part did not look great so we went elsewhere

There were multiple things that didn't work in the building. The front sliding doors had to be pushed open manually, the elevator had no interior light. We had to use our phone to light the panel to see which buttons to push. The dishwasher in the room was out of order. For 2 people we got one bath towel. We were given more towels when requested. The curtains on the window were hanging half off so we couldn't completely close it. There was a layer of dirt on the window sill not just dust. We had to call the front desk to get the hair dryer reset as it didn't work. The windows in the room and the entrance to the breakfast area downstairs were grime. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as we were unsure of the cleanliness. The room didn't get serviced (make beds and clean towels) until we called at 3 pm.
