Everything was great - location, staff, value - except that the AC didn’t work, and this seemed to be a setting that the hotel only turned on in the summer months. It was 24 degrees when we were there (early April) and without any AC, the nights were uncomfortable.

This hotel was truly the highlight of my trip. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was outstanding—beautifully designed, with a large, comfortable bed and fully equipped with thoughtful amenities, including coffee, a full kitchen, and even a washing machine, although I didn't use it.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a perfect experience. The location couldn’t have been better either—just a short walk from the beach to see the sunset. It was also within easy reach of all the must-see sights.
Staying in a beautifully restored 17th-century palace added a unique sense of history and charm, making the experience even more memorable. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and character so seamlessly.
I truly can’t recommend this hotel highly enough—I was so impressed that I even found myself recommending it to the Lufthansa flight attendants on my way to Germany!
