We had a small complication during our check-in that was easily remedied by a kind front desk employee and compassionate manager who answered the phone at home on a holiday weekend. Their willingness to help made all the difference and allowed my whole family to have a stress free weekend stay. We greatly appreciated their help!
Otherwise, the room was clean, the ice machine was working and full, the breakfast was tasty and filling and all the staff we encountered were friendly.
